How accurate is it?Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a software module, which converts image documents to text documents. The accuracy of OCR software depends on the quality of paper and printing. For laser-printed documents OCRs typically have more than 99% accuracy whereas for documents like faxes the accuracy falls to 80-85%.
